- The 9/11 Memorial is free and open to the public seven days a week, 8 a.m.–8 p.m.
- Museum tickets can be purchased up to six months in advance and include entry to all available exhibitions.
- On the first Sunday of each month, admission is free to those who work, live, and study in the New York area. Learn more about New York First Sundays.
- Audio Guides are available for rent at the box office and the Audio Guide desk (Concourse Lobby) for $11 each. We offer a selection of tours with options in nine languages including ASL.
- Last admission is 60 minutes prior to closing.
- Children age 6 and under receive free admission, but a ticket is required for entry.
- Timed tickets must be purchased in advance.
- Advanced ticket reservations can be refunded or exchanged up to 24 hours in advance of specified date and time. We allow ONE exchange at no extra cost.
- Free Admission Monday tickets are available on the website each Monday beginning at 7 a.m. ET and are first come, first serve.
