Nearly a quarter century after 9/11, the lessons learned have emerged with deeper clarity, highlighting key elements of crisis response and continuity that resonate deeply with a new generation of professionals at companies, agencies, and a range of organizations. The 9/11 Memorial & Museum now offers Leading through Crisis, a program designed especially for the private sector focused on leadership and decision-making when it matters most.
This new offering draws on the Museum’s experience in creating tailored programs for tens of thousands of national security, law enforcement, and first responder professionals, emphasizing the importance of initiative in a crisis and revealing the ties that bind an enterprise together.
