ABOUT THIS WORK: Since that immeasurable tragedy, I have carried it in my heart to create an audiovisual performance that honors not myself as an artist, but the victims, their families, friends, and loved ones. This piece serves as a sonic and visual environment for healing and forgiveness, a space for reflecting on the tragedy, softening our hearts, and keeping the families in our prayers.

INSTRUMENTATION & TECHNIQUE: This memorial soundscape features custom made instruments, carefully selected for their expressive capabilities: *Steel sculpture with 30-inch beams *Custom-made DIY noise box *Various glass objects *Prepared guitar with e-bow *Electric interference device *Grand Piano

ARTISTIC INTENTION: My intention was to develop a sonic palette that reflects the events of September 11th, drawing upon the sounds that surrounded us before, during, and after that tragic day. Using experimental techniques and unconventional instrumentation, this piece creates an immersive environment for contemplation and remembrance.

DEDICATION: My heart goes out to the families who carry the unforgotten memories of that horror, bearing scars as life continues. May this tribute bring healing, encourage reflection, and offer hope amidst heartache.
