The 9/11 Memorial & Museum recognizes our country’s veterans through Salute to Service, an annual tribute honoring all who served in the military as well as the families and communities that support them. Active and retired military receive complimentary admission throughout the year. Get tickets here.

Top: Volunteers from our partners Team RWB and TD Bank place yellow roses at the names of veterans killed on 9/11. Row 2: Performances by the Marine Corps Silent Drill Team Platoon and Quantico Band. Row 3: Secretary of the Navy Carlos Del Toro greets service members on the plaza; Navy, Marine, and Coast Guard reenlistment and promotion ceremony. Row 4: Local Coast Guard veterans are honored.
Additional 2022 Salute to Service events included visits from UCLA Health Operation Mend, Crisis Response Canines, and the presentation of an American flag flown over the Memorial to participants in the UWVC and GoRuck Honor Ruck.
