The Lens: Capturing Life and Events at the 9/11 Memorial and Museum is a photography series devoted to documenting moments big and small that unfold at the 9/11 Memorial and Museum.
The View: Amy Weisser, the senior vice president of exhibitions at the 9/11 Memorial Museum, oversees the installation of Kazushige Ito’s golf shoes and related items inside the memorial exhibition. Ito wore these shoes the weekend before he died in the South Tower on 9/11. These items were donated by his family and are part of a new rotation of recently installed artifacts.
