9/11 Memorial Continues Annual July 4 Tradition
Each year, the 9/11 Memorial marks Independence Day by placing American flags in the 2,983 names on the Memorial. As in years past, volunteers from the nonprofit organization Team RWB will place the flags on the morning of July 4.
